I received an error message when my Luna is plugged in or during Startup?

Things to check for troubleshooting:

  • Try another port, and see if the same error shows up
  • Check if using USB connection has the same result
  • Try unplugging any external monitors, and see if there is any difference.

Things that will help when messaging Luna support team:

  • Please take a screenshot of "About this Mac"
  • Screenshot the error message, or issue.
  • Tell us which Luna port type is in use
  • Let us know if there any external monitors connected to your Mac
  • Informing if the Mac is used in clamshell mode at all
  • Mentioning any adapters in use
