I received an error message when my Luna is plugged in or during Startup?
Things to check for troubleshooting:
- Try another port, and see if the same error shows up
- Check if using USB connection has the same result
- Try unplugging any external monitors, and see if there is any difference.
Things that will help when messaging Luna support team:
- Please take a screenshot of "About this Mac"
- Screenshot the error message, or issue.
- Tell us which Luna port type is in use
- Let us know if there any external monitors connected to your Mac
- Informing if the Mac is used in clamshell mode at all
- Mentioning any adapters in use
